Our vision was clear: build a space that’s inclusive and unforgettable — where you can start your night or lose track of time. At Subterra, the art isn’t just on the walls, it’s in the glass.
What We Did
Developed brand identity: name (Latin “sub” + “terra”, meaning under the earth), visual style with concrete, murals and ambient design.
Interior design & atmosphere: curating lighting, art, acoustics, bar setup, guest flow for locals + international visitors.
Menu design & cocktail craft: signature and seasonal creations, fusion of Japanese & Western flavors.
Events & community building: live DJ nights, artist collaborations, social hub for locals and visitors alike.
Ongoing operations: bilingual service, high-quality drinks, marketing/DM, social presence (Instagram etc.).
